Once an order is placed by VLX Solutions and the payment and order has been verified, ETA to ship the product out is same-day up to 4:00PM EST. After this time, the product will be shipping out next day.

In cases where there has been delaying in the handling process for the order, The customer will be contacted and made aware of any delays in regards to their order.

Once a order has been fulfilled, the customer will be notified immediately with an email containing the tracking information for their order.

VLX Solutions is not responsible for any situations out of the retailer or shipping provider's control such as theft, delays, or any other situation that involves the customer receiving their package once it has left VLX Solutions' possession.

Due to the nature of the products being shipped by VLX Solutions all orders come with a shipping fee that will be displayed during order checkout and  may vary depending on customer's designated shipping address.
